Guys and Dolls Auditions

Audition Dates: October 25 and 26, 2021

(Only Vaccinated actors may audition. No actors under 18 may audition.)

All cast roles are volunteer positions.

This production is committed to a multicultural cast. Persons of color are encouraged to audition.

In person auditions are preferred. 

**Actors who are auditioning must secure and confirm via email a specific audition time slot with Jennifer Starr at jenstarr67@gmail.com.**

We are choosing to have a limited number of actors auditioning per time slot. Arrangements for video auditions can be made if absolutely needed via Jennifer Starr.

Sides and a short video of choreography will be provided 2 weeks prior to auditions for actors having a scheduled time slot.  Actors should prepare one 16 to 32 bar song selection (no longer than one minute) in the style of the show. Bring your own sheet music - Accompanist provided. You may bring tracks for your own song to play from a Bluetooth Device or 1/8 inch cable.

Actors please bring Theatrical Resume, Headshot, and Audition Form (posted 2 weeks prior to auditions, with all conflicts listed). Be prepared for movement /chorography auditions as well.

Call Backs as needed via Director.

REHEARSALS

United Crescent Hill Ministries (150 State Street in Louisville off of Frankfort Ave.) every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from approximately 7:00 PM till 10:00 PM: January 2, 2022 through February 17, 2022.

Some Choreography Rehearsals MAY be at a Dance studio on Sundays - TBD.

PERFORMANCES

2022 Performance dates are Feb. 25, 26, Mar. 4, 5 at 7:30 PM, and Feb 27, Mar 6, at 2:30 PM. (An optional show may be added based upon Ticket sales on March 3rd.)

All Performances are at Art Sanctuary.
